Had a wonderful experience with this agency. Mrs. Geschka is incredibly professional and talented with a keen eye for contemporary styles. She listened to what I was looking for and translated my requirements into a beautifully staged home with a homey, yet light, modern and sophisticated feel. Not an easy undertaking given the house was built in the mid 60s and was geared towards darker interior colors with lots of wooden features.Beautifully staged and worth every Euro I have invested. One of the most memorable rooms and one of my favorites has been the kids toy room on the top floor … complete with tipi and giant white stuffed bear. Tanja H.
Diese Referenz freut mich ganz besonders, weil die Kundin in Kalifornien lebt und bereits einige home staging Umsetzungen dort gesehen hatte. In USA wurde home staging sozusagen durch die Maklerin Barb Schwarz „erfunden“.
Die Kundin war in Deutschland, um deren Elternhaus zu verkaufen und beauftragte uns mit der home staging Umsetzung. Es wurde erfolgreich im gesetzten Zeitraum und mit dem gewünschten Verkaufspreis verkauft. Hier ein Auszug aus den VORHER/NACHHER FOTOS zu diesem Projekt.
